Your refund processing time depends on the refund type and the payment method you used. The refund time/process starts when Jhaj processes your refund according to your refund type. The refund amount covers the product price and shipping fees for your returned product.

Refund Type:

Jhaj will process your refund according to the following refund types.

Refund from Return – The refund is processed after your item is returned to the warehouse and QC is completed.

Refund from Cancelled Order – The refund is automatically initiated when the cancellation is successfully processed.

Refund from Failed Delivery – The refund process is initiated when the item reaches the seller.

Please note that it may take longer depending on the area of ​​your shipping address.

The product must be unused, unworn, undamaged and free from any defects.

The product must include the original tags, invoice and accompanying information.

If the product was supplied in Jhaj’s packaging/box, the same packaging/box must be returned.

Note:

It is important to mention the order number and return tracking number in your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in your return process.
While handing over your package to the drop-off station/pickup agent, please collect Jhaj’s return acknowledgment letter and save it for future reference.
